Banking on the go

The Fidor Smart Banking App allows you to make transfers directly from your smartphone. IBAN not at hand? No problem. Entering an email address, mobile phone number or the Fidor nickname is sufficient. Of course, you can also use the classic variant by entering the IBAN for your transfer.

You use the Fidor authorization PIN you have set yourself for the transfers.

Certainly a good feeling

The Fidor Smart Banking App uses the so-called "Device Binding" for your security. This means that you can only conduct your mobile banking transactions using a single mobile device. This ensures that nobody can access your Fidor Smart Banking app on a second device.

You will also need your email address and password to log into the app.

You decide how long you want to stay logged in (selection in the app menu). A timeout of one minute is set by default. This means that you will have to stay logged in for a minute and then re-enter your access data.

Always keep an eye on your account transactions

If you wish, the app informs you about account movements, card activities, transfers and standing orders with push notifications. In the app you will receive information about which activity has taken place on your Fidor Smart current account or your Fidor Smart business account.
